QUESTIONS
Good ones. Straight answers.
Question: Do the 6 jungle gym passes have to be used by the same child?
Answer: Nope. Share them between siblings, cousins, or friends. Each pass equals one child admission.
Question: How long do passes and credits last?
Answer: They stay on your account and carry over until they're fully used. No expiry while the offer is active.
Question: Can my child come and go the same day?
Answer: Yes. Once you're admitted, kids can re-enter the same day at no extra charge.
Question: Can I use both offers together?
Answer: That's the whole idea. Add credits onto your 6-pack, or buy the arcade bundle standalone.
Question: What's the price of a normal admission?
Answer: Jungle gym admission is $13.32 + tax per child. Arcade credits are $0.10 each, with bonus credits on our $50 and $100 packs.
Question: How do I receive my package after purchase?
Answer: Once you purchase your package, you can choose between two convenient delivery options:
In-Person Pickup: Bring your purchase confirmation code to any of our staff members, and they will set you up with your game credits or pass cards.
Mail Delivery: We can mail your package directly to you (available within Canada only).
